Terms of service
Last updated 4 November 2026.
The service
Store Guard runs automated tests against online stores and reports results. During the beta the service is free and provided as-is, without guarantees of availability or that every problem will be detected.
Your responsibilities
Only add stores you own or are authorised to test. Don't use Store Guard to test sites without permission, overload any website, or attempt to access non-public areas.
How tests behave
Tests behave like a single shopper: they browse, add one item to a cart, open checkout and stop before payment, then empty the cart. Tests never submit orders or payment details.
Pricing changes
We'll give at least 30 days' notice before introducing charges. You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time.
Limitation of liability
Store Guard helps you detect problems but does not replace your own testing. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales or other indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
